Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground dandelion root or 1 tea bag
1/4 teaspoon moringa powder
1/4 teaspoon berberine powder (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1 cup water or herbal tea
Instructions
1. Steep dandelion tea if using a tea bag and let it cool.
2. In a mason jar or shaker, combine all ingredients including cooled tea.
3. Shake or stir well. Let sit for 5 minutes so chia seeds expand.
4. Serve chilled or over ice. Enjoy before meals or in the morning.
