Description
This Taco Bell Cheez It Crunchwrap copycat is bold, cheesy, and satisfyingly crunchy. Recreate it with simple ingredients at home.
Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
1/2 cup seasoned ground beef
2 tbsp nacho cheese sauce
1 large cheddar crisp or homemade Cheez-It
1 tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp diced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the tortilla in a skillet to soften.
2. Place ground beef and nacho cheese in the center.
3. Top with cheddar crisp or giant Cheez-It.
4. Add sour cream, lettuce, and tomato.
5. Fold into a hexagon, tucking in sides.
6. Grill seam-side down for 2–3 minutes.
7. Flip and grill the other side until golden.
8. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, finish in the air fryer at 375°F for 5 minutes.
You can substitute chicken or beans for the beef.
Crushed Cheez-Its work as a topping if you can’t find giant ones.
