Description

A simple 4-ingredient plant-based drink to support metabolism, appetite, and blood sugar naturally — inspired by the viral natural Mounjaro recipe.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “mother”)

½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ¼ tsp ground)

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

810 oz warm water


Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a glass.

2. Stir thoroughly until honey dissolves.

3. Drink slowly through a straw, ideally on an empty stomach.

4. Start with smaller amounts of vinegar and ginger if sensitive.

5. Drink once daily or before your largest meal.

Notes

For sensitive stomachs, reduce vinegar to ½ tablespoon.

Always dilute to avoid damage to tooth enamel.

Add chia seeds or cinnamon for variation.

Store up to 3 days in sealed mason jars in the fridge.
