Ingredients

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 tsp chia seeds

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger

8 oz filtered water


Instructions

1. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a mason jar.

2. Stir in the chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes to swell.

3. Add the cinnamon, cayenne, and grated ginger.

4. Top with filtered water and stir well.

5. Let it infuse for another 10 minutes before drinking.

6. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
