A bold, tangy, and spicy homemade čili habanero sauce you can drizzle on everything—from eggs to grilled meats.

- 10 čili habanero peppers
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wear gloves and remove stems (seeds optional for less heat).
- Simmer carrot, onion, garlic, vinegar, and water for 10–12 minutes.
- Add habaneros, cook 5 more minutes.
- Cool slightly, then blend with lime and honey.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and bottle.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling čili habanero.
- Refrigerate in glass jars for up to 3 weeks.
- Add roasted red pepper or mango for variations.
